Sarah M. Broom is a New Orleans native whose essays have appeared in the New Yorker, the New York Times Magazine, Oxford American, and elsewhere. Obsessed with geographies, family, and home, she's currently at work on The Yellow House.
Ada Calhoun is the author of the New York City history St. Marks Is Dead and the memoir Wedding Toasts I’ll Never Give. She has taught writing at Gotham Writers Workshop, the Miami Writers Institute, and the Summer Writers' Conference at Rutgers.
