We work closely with hotels near our conference site to secure competitive lodging rates for conference attendees. Please know that the conference hotels usually sell out of rooms several months in advance of our conference. Although we routinely secure overflow accommodations within walking distance of the conference, we know that many attendees, especially those who are presenting at the conference, prefer to lodge on site. We encourage you to secure your reservation early. All reservations must be guaranteed with a one-night deposit (applicable toward your hotel bill) and a valid credit card.
