Melanie Redler

Fall 2017 Session

Melanie Redler is the former director of a domestic violence shelter, college instructor, and adult education teacher, but being a mother is the job she has loved the most. In her current city of New Orleans, she works to help younger adults achieve their GED. She has attended many writing conferences, including the Iowa Summer Writers Festival and UW’s Writing-By-The-Lake. She is working on her first YA novel.
