Amy Savage is Medical Spanish Curriculum Director at Albany Medical College. In addition to teaching medical Spanish, she is a writer, communications trainer, and translator. Her fiction has appeared in Bellevue Literary ReviewThe Carolina Quarterly online, Euphony Journal online, and elsewhere; her nonfiction as a guest on the Discover blog Inkfish; and her translations in phati’tude and the Dictionary of Caribbean and Afro-Latin American Biography (Oxford University Press). She is currently finishing a story collection and starting her first novel.
